At Shop Marcelle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return according to the conditions below.
Deadlines

Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

Visible Damage: For items such as broken glass or missing parts, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video of the product and its packaging. After this period, damage will be considered the result of misuse.
Return Conditions The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified. Once the item is received and passes quality analysis, you may choose:

To exchange it for another product in stock.

To receive a refund of the product value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty All products have a 30-day warranty starting from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, please send a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and label.
The warranty does not cover:

Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase (cracks, scratches, dents).

Damage caused by liquids or humidity.

Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications.

Inappropriate use of accessories or natural wear and tear (oxidation, battery reduction, etc.).
