How do I make a purchase? Visit Shop Marcelle, choose your product, click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now," and complete your payment at our secure checkout.

Do you have a physical store? No, we sell exclusively online to ensure the best prices for our customers.

Do you ship to my country? Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping options and availability will appear at checkout based on your address.

How long does delivery take? Processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking code via email.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Shop Pay, and mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I pay in cash or on delivery? Currently, we only accept online payments through our secure checkout.

Can I change my order or address? We can only edit or cancel an order before it is processed. Please contact groupmarcelle@gmail.com immediately if you need to make changes.

Where do the products come from? We work with logistics centers in the USA, Europe, and Asia, shipping from the most efficient warehouse based on your location.

I only received part of my order. Is this normal? Yes. If your order includes items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking codes.

What is the return policy? You have 7 days for returns due to change of mind and 30 days for defects. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact groupmarcelle@gmail.com to start the process.

What if my delivery is delayed? First, check your tracking code. If the 12-business-day window has passed, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier for you.
